NimbusDash Subscription Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing month. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — you will retain full access to NimbusDash through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing month.
Annual Subscriptions Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each subscription year and automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next renewal date through your customer portal. Cancellation of auto-renewal takes effect at the end of the current annual term — you will retain full access to NimbusDash through the end of the paid year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the current subscription year.
