NimbusLabs Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy covers NimbusDash and NimbusQL subscriptions purchased on this store, which the NimbusLabs Online Subscription Agreement at https://nimbuslabs.com/terms governs.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing month. You may cancel at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep full access until then.

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each subscription year and renew automatically on its anniversary. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription year, and you keep full access until then.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, and no partial or pro-rated refund is issued when you cancel, except where the Online Subscription Agreement or the Data Processing Agreement provides a refund, or the law requires one.

How to cancel. Use the customer portal linked from your subscription confirmation email, or email support@nimbuslabs.com and name the product.
